Overview

Intellistack is building its next-generation platform—and the go-to-market plan has two lanes. Help hundreds of legacy customers see why migrating from the prior product is worth it, and be ready for ISV partners, a meaningful slice of the business, who resell through parent–sub-tenant fleets. The new stack started with a single-tenant account model; ISV buyers need pooled usage in one place, provisioning with a primary contact, bulk lifecycle control, and per-child caps. The product gap that mattered most was Templates: reusable workflow, form, and document kits at the parent so each sub-tenant quick-starts from real assets, not a blank account.

Situation

The next-gen platform launched without a parent–sub-tenant model—and ISV is a substantial part of the business. Resellers and enterprise ISVs expect one parent governing many sub-accounts under pooled usage; a single-tenant default could not carry them. Operators had no hub for shared capacity, provision flows, or per-tenant caps—and partnerships had little to show buyers evaluating the new product. At the same time, hundreds of legacy customers already run parent–child setups on the prior platform; the company needed a credible migration story, not only net-new logos.
