Overview

Independent Software Vendors and their reseller partners often sell our product to many end customers—but the account model was built for one tenant per contract. Partnerships was losing deals that needed a parent governing many sub-accounts under pooled usage. Those buyers expect shared capacity in one place, provisioning with a primary contact, bulk lifecycle control, and caps on what each child draws from the pool. The product gap that mattered most was Templates: reusable workflow, form, and document kits at the parent so each sub-tenant can start from real assets, not a blank account.
