Knowledge in the loop

Designed a knowledge base so AI work stops starting from scratch—shared context people can edit, agents can use.

Knowledge bases splash—Everything your team knows, in one place

Overview

Design for a markdown knowledge plane: humans find, edit, and steward; agents read the same source—so every task does not start from scratch.

Situation

Almost every AI interaction started from scratch. A brief, a design exploration, a ticket—each prompt re-collected discovery notes, standards, and architecture that already lived somewhere else. Context was scattered across Confluence spaces, Docs, and Figjam; those tools were hard for Cursor and agents to work with, so people translated by hand. The tax compounded: every sprint paid again for knowledge the company already had.
