    • Admin and platform UX—primary ownership of user management, permissions, authentication, PLG, and trial-to-paid; adopt and customize third-party auth, payments, and integrations to feel seamless with in-house surfaces; partner with PM and eng on roadmap for enterprise admin
    • Collaborate with designers across squads to raise consistency and polish on complex flows—pair on critique and UI refinement; bar-raising through the design system and reviews
    • User discovery—interview users and design partner programs to validate ideas, shape the product, and discard assumptions before engineering investment

Early careerIn Mexico, I led a design team at Multimedios—online newspaper, cinema ticketing, TV and radio streaming—partnered with dev to build from the ground up. I also taught web design and illustration part-time at UANL’s Visual Arts School, where I’d studied.
